Festival Guidelines

 

The theme for this year is climate change which, in the broadest sense, means that it has to be about living on the earth in the Middle East. It need not be about environmental harm or reform or environmental destroyers or saviors, although it could be about them. It can be as simple as a film about a person living in harmony with the universe; it can be about a plant or a jungle or a garden or the desert, but somewhere, the environment must be a factor.

There are many Film Categories and Awards ranging from $5000 to $1000. You're encouraged to enter in one of two categories: under ten minutes and under one minute. There are two subcategories in each: amateur and professional… you choose. Applicants may enter more than one film.
